3. Compared products must be genuine and supplied via recognized websites. Products obtained from the redemption of accumulated bonus, stamps, coupons or any other similar special offers, Seconds, export surplus, special offers/discounts are not covered by the Pay the Difference Guarantee.

4. The compared publicly marked price does not include:

  • the price charged for the product sold under any joint promotion program between any other third party.
  • the price charged for the product sold at a discounted rate as a result of any bulk purchase, bundle purchase, display model clearance, membership with any organization, firm or company or any service subscription.

5. Pay the Difference claims must be made within five calendar days from the date of purchase.

6. www.salwar.com reserves the rights to vary or modify any of the above terms and conditions and terminate the 'Pay the Difference Guarantee' at any time without notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of www.salwar.com shall be final and binding.

7. 'Pay the Difference Guarantee' is only for the price of the product and not for any other services offered by www.salwar.com. For example stitching, courier etc., will not be covered under 'Pay the Difference Guarantee'.
